GIFTED MAKANI is from the Island of Lana‘i

He’s traveled the world as an entertainer, from Asia to Europe,
 from South America to the South Pacific.  Makani will be on 10 years in the radio biz. Aside from radio, Makani has been on stage & behind a microphone, entertaining Ktama’aina and
visitors alike for over twenty years.

You can currently join him Monday-Saturday
on Island 98.5 for the Mid-day “Mele”.

Makani also makes time for his various community service projects like his “Lunchtime jam” where he stops by random schools in Hawaii and holds impromptu concerts with local and national music artists, to thank students for coming to school. He is also a Youth mentor for the Kamalama project.

He is the type of person you say “WOAAAAW”, he is Amazingly gifted!
